Our Story: From Kitchen Struggles to Culinary Freedom
Vitalgreenplatelearn was born from a simple observation: many people in Indonesia want to eat healthier, but feel overwhelmed by complicated recipes, expensive ingredients, and conflicting nutrition advice. Our founders experienced this challenge firsthand—juggling busy work schedules, limited budgets, and the desire to feed their families well.
In 2023, we decided to create a solution. We researched affordable vegetables and proteins available in Indonesian markets, tested hundreds of recipes in ordinary kitchens, and interviewed home cooks about their biggest frustrations. What emerged was a clear path: you don't need fancy equipment, rare ingredients, or hours in the kitchen to eat well on a budget.
Today, Vitalgreenplatelearn stands as Indonesia's trusted resource for budget-friendly, practical cooking education. We believe that healthy eating is a right, not a luxury, and every home cook deserves the skills and confidence to nourish themselves and their loved ones.
